We accept no liability for any accident, loss of damage to the guest or their mobility scooter on a holiday, or when the scooter/wheelchair is stored in the coach luggage compartment. The individual is responsible for ensuring they are capable of safely operating their mobility scooter and for the security of their mobility scooter during their holiday.
